    We'll provide our warehouse address and coordinate a convenient pickup time.

You will receive at least two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – confirming your order details

  2. Shipping Confirmation Email – with tracking number, carrier info, and shipping status

You can also check your order status anytime by logging in to your Kolvending account and visiting the Track Your Order page.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment.

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs due to incorrect addresses or change-of-mind after shipment.

  • Items under 150 lbs ship via UPS/FedEx. Items over 150 lbs will be delivered by truck freight.

  • To Europe:

    • Sea Freight: 40–50 days

    • Railway: 25–35 days

    • Truck Air Freight: 20–30 days

  • North America (from overseas warehouses):

    • 4–7 business days

  • Other Countries & Regions:

    • Orders ship immediately after confirmation.
